CHANEL Store On Bond Street

CHANEL reportedly won planning permission for a new 20,000 square foot store on Bond Street. Although a spokesman for the label was unable to confirm the news this morning, Evening Standard reports that the building will contain not only a retail space, but also office space for the headquarters of the UK label.

All-in one unit became popular in the last few months. French born designer Roland Mouret opened his Paris Atelier "Style" in February 2011, behind his two tier shop instead of Carlos sits; Burberry developed currently ever save the largest Olympics in Regent Street, open before this summer and celebrate; and British brand Belstaff reaffirms its roots with the flagship London store, Museum, offices and a lounge under a new moniker Belstaff House.

A spokesman for Belstaff said “This is an important step in printing from British roots and heritage".
