Announcing the BAFTA Nominees

After the Golden Globes triumph both MERYL STREEP and Michelle Williams received BAFTA(British Academy of Film and Television Arts) nods today, looks set to clean up again at the ceremony on Sunday February 12 at London's Royal Opera House. Even if Brad Pitt received a nomination for his part in Moneyball, Angelina Jolie's directorial debut, In the Land of Blood and Honey, was overlooked.

British actress Carey Mulligan nominated for Supporting Actress for her part in Drive, at the same time as her Shame co-star Michael Fassbender picked up a nomination for his role in that film. British actor Gary Oldman received a Best Actor nomination for his role in Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy.
